The only difference is the X Carry magazine baseplate thickness makes it longer. Should be evident in pictures. About 1/4"-5/16" longer. Some are saying, "but longer makes it harder to conceal". One has the longer full size grip that only accepts 17 round magazines, whereas the other has a slightly shorter grip that can accept either 15 or 17 round magazines. You are able to swap out frames with minimal effort. I've got a P320 myself and I absolutely recommend it. It's a great firearm. 2.
